Oyster

Oyster

Redesigned in 2019 to offer an alternative to the traditional style banjo, the new Oyster model offers you a lighter, more refined instrument, with our new innovative Teflon coated flange.

Taking our inspiration from our locality on the West Coast of Ireland the Oyster banjo is designed to not only look and play beautifully but also to have a bright, crisp tone. The Oyster is made of High Grade Curly Maple for the Neck, Pot and Resonator and with our new fresh-looking flange it offers a dynamic sound.

In conjunction with the Clareen Archtop Tone Ring, the Oyster allows every note to pop out of this banjo with precision and power, creating a top-professional instrument. The Clareen designed black Teflon coated flange is lighter in weight and offers a sleek design when married with the mirrored black banjo head.

Note, a case is an additional cost but a discount is applied when purchased with a banjo
